This is my favorite way to eat eggs. Scrambled with country sausage, fresh spinach, and goat cheese. I first had this at a Bed in Breakfast in Maine with my hubby. It was delicious and I'll never go back to plain old eggs again.

ITS ME! I'm here and I'm hooked! Way to go on the run! I'm suppose to run today but I just looked outside...I love the white stuff but not when I'm runnin'!
